OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.   Any   and   all   transactions   between   Designer   Graphix   and   its   customers   are subject to these terms & conditions. 2.   All   quotations   should   be   paid   in   full   and   proof/s   to   be   signed-off   before commencement of any work. 3.   Preparation   work   on   all   orders   generally   take   10-15   working   days.   Litho prints   require   7-10   working   days   unless   prior   arrangements   are   made   and agreed   upon   in   writing   by   Designer   Graphix   as   to   order   completion   date. Larger   orders   require   more   time   for   completion,   kindly   enquire   about   lead times prior to ordering. 4.   Payment   to   Designer   Graphix   constitutes   approval   and   acceptance   of our terms and conditions. 5.   Customer   agrees   any   additional   work   not   specified   on   invoice   will   be billed for separately at the going rate. 6. Quotations are valid for 7 days from date issued.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Designer Graphix will not be held liable for any errors on artwork, prints, measurements and final products after proof has been signed-off. Should client supply artwork we accept no responsibility whatsoever. Any and all payments are non refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. As every order is made to customer specifications, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed. Client will be liable for artwork and design charges should client not proceed with order. All designs and artworks remain the property of Designer Graphix until fully paid for and may not be replicated or reproduced under any circumstances. All vehicles, signage/s and other belongings brought onto or left on our premises are done entirely at the owners or authorised persons risk. We will not held liable for accident, theft, fire, damages or any other to property left on our premises. Vehicles driven and stored at owners or authorised persons risk. Please note that colour variations occur from colour displayed on computer screens to final product. On digital and litho prints please allow 5-15%. All orders confirmed need to paid in full as no orders will be processed without full payment. Designer Graphix or its employees will under no circumstance be liable for any copyright disputes. Designer Graphix will not be held liable for mis-use of products or incorrect applications done by the client.

VEHICLE BRANDING, WRAP & SIGNAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS Customer agrees to have vehicles, signs etc delivered damage free, washed, cleaned and in a ready to wrap  or fabricate condition. Should we need to still clean or prepare, a fee of R100 will be charged. Customer agrees that vehicle wrap is not a paint job, In certain areas patches and seams will be used that are necessary to cover irregularities etc. Customer authorizes Designer Graphix to do the necessary at our discretion where it may be deemed needed. Wraps are not covered when vehicles are used in racing or rally events.  Whilst we take every precaution with your property, we will not be held liable to damages to vehicles or property whilst on our premises due to accident, fire, theft, the elements etc. Please ensure all valuables are removed. Vehicles driven and stored at owners or authorised persons risk. All electrical components in signage carry no warranty from us, Supplier warranties apply but are assessed prior to any claim. No warranty against power surge, power failure, lightning or misuse.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS Clients are requested to check final product prior to sign-off, should there be any issues, kindly forward to us at info@designergraphix.co.za within 5 days and we will ensure your query is dealt with timeously and very professionally. All materials, vinyls, wraps, signages or any product/s supplied remains the property of Designer Graphix until paid for in full. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
